Orders must use valid public links, usernames or targets accepted by the selected service. Do not place duplicate orders for the same target until the first order has finished or clearly progressed.
Service speed, refill coverage, cancellation rules and refund handling depend on the selected service description and the final provider result. Canceled, partial or eligible reviewed orders can be returned to balance or handled through support.
Payments must be completed through the active methods shown in the panel. Manual deposits can stay pending until staff review confirms the transaction.
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure, checking service notes before ordering and opening a support ticket when an order, payment or refill needs review.
