Zemiax collects the account details needed to create and protect your panel access, including your username, email address, login method, Discord profile data when you choose Discord login, session metadata and security events.
When you place an order, Zemiax stores the selected service, target link or username, quantity, provider response, refill or refund state, and ticket history needed to deliver the service and support the account.
When you add funds, Zemiax stores the gateway name, payment reference, amount, currency, status and staff review notes needed to reconcile your balance. Card, bank or wallet credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Zemiax.
Zemiax uses this information to operate the panel, prevent fraud or duplicate credits, process support requests, improve reliability, and comply with payment, platform and legal requirements.
Zemiax does not sell customer account data. Limited account, order or payment information may be shared with service providers, payment processors or infrastructure partners only when needed to operate the panel or investigate support issues.
